Very convenient for Livorno ferries, especially Malta ferry, and for autostrada.. Reception staff extremely helpful. Large comfortable room. On-site parking.
Small problem finding it as the driving instructions (and Google) place it on the wrong side of highway. It is on right-hand side heading south towards Livorno, right next to very large AGIP station.

Comfortable rooms with charming decorations are not only quiet 🤫 but also come with key card access, complimentary bottled water, and a minibar.

Good information on arrival, clean comfortable room with excellent bathroom. Breakfast was excellent - restaurant looks pretty good, but did not have dinner. Good access to Pisa airport.
Surrounded by petrol stations and overlooks petro-chemical works, but on a main route - and you can always close the curtains!

A stopover on a long road trip from Bellagio to Rome. Dinner and Breakfast sufficed. Staff pleasant and accommodating. Some English but did not really understand how stressed we were when we arrived. Not Their fault!
We could not find it- not in Livorno and the '25' street no did not register on GPS.Took us to a Hotel of same name 35 kms and 3hours out of our way. Hotel is actually in Stagno, in the industrial area next to McDonalds- we only found it with the help of some Livorno residents in a bar, who with the help of sign language rang directory assistance(not in Livorno phone book) and then the hotel.
